• How do I create an account?
  You sign in with your phone number. We send a one-time SMS code to verify it — no password or email required.
• How do subscriptions and billing work?
  Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• How do I cancel my subscription?
  Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, not through Half Staff App directly. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
• Can I get a refund?
  All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the Platform you subscribed through. Half Staff App does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds — contact Apple or Google support to request one.
• How do I delete my account and data?
  You can delete your account directly in the App via Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes your phone number from our systems, as described in our Privacy Policy . If you can't access the App to do this yourself, visit Contact Us and select "Account Deletion" as the topic — we'll delete your account within 1 day of verifying your request.
